External File Insertion

Quilter functionality, part 2;

By typing a file path the user knows, and doing Ctrl + E, the file's contents are added to the current file where the line with the path was.

This is an adaptation I made for the External File embedding function of Quilter, to something that makes sense in the Apostrophe workflow.
