Draft: po: Update outdated translations

While we are not supposed to touch translations ourselves, some translation teams are a lot less active than others (or even dormant). As a result, some of the catalogs contain translations for long-removed strings that increase the package/installed size without providing any benefit at all.

To clean out those unused translations, commit the changes from running ninja gnome-shell-update-po to any .po files that haven't been updated since GNOME 3.34.
