UI: Remove redundant accel attributes

Normal menu entries show the accelerators without adding the accel attributes.

UI: Add accel attribute to the sidebar

Normal menu entries, except selectable menu entries, show the accelerators without adding the accel attributes. This MR makes app.view-sidebar accellerator visible.
