Use different units for network totals and network speed

I added a new checkbox to select if different units will be used. When selected, the "Show network totals in bits" checkbox is enabled and the user can then select/deselect it to use a different unit. The default (in case of an user upgrading the application) is to use the same unit as network traffic.
