apps: Add an icon to the "Default Apps" row

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-control-center:default-apps-row-icon into main

Several rows that trigger subpages have an icon. This is the case for the "Proxy" (Networks panel), "Night Light" (Display panel) and the rows from the Privacy and Accessibility panels, so add an icon to the "Default Apps" row too to keep this pattern.
